The gist: It’s one of six “issue” ads that the banking trade association is running to thank members of Congress for their support of the federal Tax Cuts & Jobs Act. The Nevada ad notes that Nevada’s job growth and unemployment levels are at record levels, and asks viewers to call Heller’s office and ask him to make the tax cuts permanent.

A large number of the provisions, including individual income rates, of the federal tax legislation approved last year are set to expire at the end of 2025.
