Maxham is a veteran and an internal medicine physician focused on blending western medicine and pharmacokinetics with a more holistic approach, according to his website.

A firefighter with over 25 years of experience, McCarthy has served in leadership roles with the International Association of Firefighters and has a master’s degree in Crisis and Emergency Management from UNLV. He’s been endorsed by the Laborers’ Union Local 872, among others.

An attorney with over two decades of experience, Nordstrom also served as an appointed judicial officer with the Las Vegas Vegas Municipal Court from 2018 to 2023. She has also been pro tem judge since 2025.

Incumbent Allen-Palenske is running unopposed for the Ward 4 seat, where she’s had a focus on first responders and law enforcement. Allen-Palenske, elected as a Republican, also served as an assemblywoman from 2004 to 2008.

Brune is a one-term incumbent representing Ward 6 with a background in policy and research. She is a senior fellow at the Kenny Guinn Center for Policy Priorities after leading the center for almost a decade and a former policy analyst at Sandia National Laboratories.

Elected in 2017, Black is a North Las Vegas City Council member representing Ward 3. Prior to his time on the council, Black has served as a missionary, worked for the United States Postal Service and started a small design business with his wife.

A former correctional officer and a long-term assemblywoman, Monroe-Moreno is the chair of the Democratic Party in Nevada. Originally elected in 2016, Monroe-Moreno is also the party’s assistant majority leader.

Strothers, who also uses the nickname “Strut,” is a 30 year Navy veteran and a real estate agent.

Villeda is a real estate agent and a North Las Vegas planning commissioner. She is also an alum of Rancho High School in North Las Vegas.

Zeiler is a North Las Vegas planning commissioner and a member of the City Charter Committee. She also has a background in teaching and is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Romero is running for re-election after taking the mayoral position in 2022. She served one term as a city councilmember for Ward 1 and has 25 years of experience working for the City of Henderson. Atlas is the government relations director for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. She previously was a litigation consultant for the Coburn and Martin law firm and a lobbyist. She’s pushed for legislation to automatically screen and enroll pregnant women who are eligible for Medicaid coverage.

McMahill was elected sheriff in 2022 after his predecessor, Joe Lombardo, ran for governor. Prior to that, McMahill was undersheriff for six years — he has more than three decades of law enforcement experience in the department.

Itkin-Goodman is a deputy attorney general with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office and previously served as an assistant district attorney.

A retired police officer with 25 years of experience and the former Clark County coroner, Murphy also served as the public administrator for almost a year after a former public administrator was ousted.

Walton, first elected in 2022, is a former Boulder City fire division chief with more than three decades of experience as a firefighter. Marshall is the former state treasurer and lieutenant governor. She most recently served under President Joe Biden as a White House senior adviser, where she was a liaison to governors.

Taylor is the Reno vice mayor who has served on the Reno City Council since 2022. She is also the owner of a management consulting company.

Johnson owned a Reno brewery and served as director of the Nevada Conservation Corps. He ran for mayor in 2022.

Pellett is co-owner of her family construction company, Pellett Construction. She was previously a city planner for the City of Sparks. She is endorsed by the Washoe County GOP.

Ebert has served on the city council since 2022. She also works as a business systems analyst.

Gomez is from Reno and opened a restaurant with his father when he was 17.

Bogale, a Reno native, is an attorney with experience in environmental and energy law. He was a senior attorney with NV Energy and currently works as an environmental policy attorney for Berkshire Hathaway Energy.

Lawson has served as Sparks mayor since 2020. He previously spent a decade on the city council and worked for an outdoor sign company.

Rawson owns a winery in Sparks with her husband and has served on several local government bodies, including the Sparks Citizens Advisory Committee.

Heinz is the chief operating officer for the Regional Emergency Medical Services Authority Health, the ground emergency medical services provider for Washoe County. He’s a graduate of the district and parent of district students.

Ramirez, who joined the school board in 2019, worked at Western Nevada College for more than three decades where she helped establish programs for Latino and high achieving students.

Backus is a lawyer who has served since 2018, except for a one-term break in service when she lost in 2020.

Douglass is the chairwoman of the Clark County Republican Party. She previously ran for state Senate in 2024 but was defeated by Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro (D-Las Vegas).

First elected to the Assembly in 2022, Koenig is an optometrist who previously served on the Churchill County Commission and school board.

Osborn was appointed to the position in 2025 to fill the vacancy left when Assm. Ken Gray accepted an appointment by the Trump administration. He is president of the Nevada Rural Hospital Partners and has been endorsed by Gov. Joe Lombardo.

Obermayr has spent his career studying and writing about Nevada history and archaeology. He is also the chair of the Silver City citizen advisory board.

Butler worked for the State of Nevada for 30 years, including as director of the Department of Motor Vehicles, before retiring in 2024. She’s endorsed by Gov. Joe Lombardo.

Fuentes is a lifelong Carson City resident who describes himself as a Latino leader and public servant. He is currently a safety manager for the Nevada Department of Transportation and is an AFSCME member.

Chapman was a third-generation casino worker who is an advocate for domestic violence victims and the Second Amendment. She is endorsed by Gov. Joe Lombardo.

Spotleson is a high school social studies teacher who has served as chair of the Sierra Club Toiyabe Chapter’s executive committee. Spotelson previously ran for Assembly in 2016.

Appointed to her Assembly seat in 2021 and subsequently elected to it, Brown-May has been a chief administrative officer of Opportunity Village. She is endorsed by the Assembly Democratic Caucus.

Brandlin is known as “The Carnivore Lawyer” based on his advocacy for the carnivore diet. His law practice focuses on personal injury and real estate law.

Ganz is currently an alternative dispute resolution / discovery commissioner for the 8th Judicial District Court. He practiced civil litigation in Las Vegas for nearly 30 years.

Goodey was elected to Las Vegas Justice Court 2022 and presides over a civil calendar. She was in private practice before her election. She is midway through a six-year term in justice court.

Judge Mary Perry is in the incumbent in Dept. P. She is a veteran who served more than eight years in the United States Air Force and had her own law practice.

Caston has spent 16 years in law practice in Las Vegas, including the past 8 years at the Nevada Family Law Group.

Brewer has been a licensed attorney in Nevada since 2003 and has practiced family law for more than 20 years.

Pellizzari serves as the public attorney for the municipal court, representing indigent defendants. She also has her own private law practice.

Green has been a pro-tem judge in municipal court for seven years. She has more than 15 years of legal experience.

Albritton spent 16 years as Clark County prosecutor. She was appointed to the seat by the Henderson City Council in 2022.

Schifalacqua was appointed to the open Department 3 seat in 2023. She began her legal career as a deputy district attorney for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.

Allmon is a prosecutor in the Clark County District Attorney’s Special Victims Unit. He previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of major.
