Guzmán Fralick is a lawyer who has served in myriad positions in local and state government, including as general counsel to former GOP Gov. Jim Gibbons. She most recently served as chair of the state’s Cannabis Compliance Board.

Benitez-Thompson was most recently chief of staff to Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford and previously served as the Assembly Democratic majority leader in 2017 and 2019. She represented Assembly District 27 beginning in 2010, is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in hospice and adoption and won the Miss Nevada pageant in 2002.

Flippo, a retired lieutenant colonel in the Air Force, is a financial adviser in Las Vegas. Previously, he worked for oil and gas company BP in Alaska.

Chapman is treasurer of the Nevada Independent American Party. She ran for this seat in 2024.

Harris is a former Republican state senator as well as a former chair for the Nevada Gaming Control Board — the first woman to hold the position. She currently teaches at the UNLV Boyd School of Law.

A real estate agent and former president of Nevada Realtors, Kasama has served in the Assembly since 2020. She is seeking re-election and is endorsed by the Assembly Republican Caucus.

A small business owner of an audio visual company since 2008, Baron lives in the Rural Estates area of Enterprise.

Yan is a former adjunct professor at UNLV working in commercial real estate development. Recently, she led the Chinatown Redevelopment Plan in Las Vegas.

Duncan is the Sparks city attorney and former Nevada assemblymember. He is also an Air Force veteran.

Marshall is the former state treasurer and lieutenant governor. She most recently served under President Joe Biden as a White House senior adviser, where she was a liaison to governors.

Taylor is the Reno vice mayor who has served on the Reno City Council since 2022. She is also the owner of a management consulting company.

A former police captain with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Anthony was elected lieutenant governor in 2022. He previously served on the Las Vegas City Council and ran for Clark County Commission in 2020 and Congressional District 4 in 2018.

A real estate professional, Jauregui has held her Assembly seat since 2016, most recently serving as Assembly majority leader.

Hansen is a conservative activist and lobbyist, and perennial candidate.

Jones is a veteran who served 18 years in the U.S. Navy. He previously ran for the Florida House of Representatives.

Aguilar was elected secretary of state in 2022. He is an attorney who was previously a staffer for former Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) and chair of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Marchant was the GOP nominee for secretary of state in 2022, served one Assembly term and lost in the primary for U.S. Senate in 2024. He operated a computer software business and an internet service provider in Florida and moved to Nevada in 2005.

Barnhill has worked as a federal contractor, systems analyst, paralegal and consultant. He received 2,000 votes as the Independent American Party’s candidate in state Senate District 6 in 2024.

Elected to the seat in 2012, Titus’ previous political experience includes one term representing Congressional District 3 and two decades in the state Senate. Raised in Georgia, she is a retired professor of political science at UNLV.

Buck is running for Congress after serving in the state Senate since 2020. She is the president of the Pinecrest Foundation education nonprofit. Prior to that, she was a teacher and principal before leading a charter school network.

A former celebrity car dealer who served eight months in prison for wire fraud, Khan is a first-time political candidate who initially ran for the seat as a Republican. He moved to Las Vegas in 2023.

St John is a hospital chaplain who ran in the 3rd Congressional District in 2014.

Thomas describes himself on social media as a Muslim, husband and father, has progressive political views and published draft legislation on his website.

Willert was born to Filipino immigrants in New York City and retired to Henderson to be near his parents after a long career in education. He previously ran for this seat in 2024 and in the 2020 Republican primary in the 3rd Congressional District.

Lee was first elected to Congressional District 3 in 2018, after losing the 4th District primary in 2016. Originally from Ohio, she previously worked in the nonprofit sector, including leading dropout prevention organization Communities in Schools.

O’Donnell is a composer known for his work on prominent video game franchises including Halo and Destiny. He placed fourth in the GOP primary for this seat in 2024.

Kamerath is a national committeeman for the Independent American Party of Nevada and a perennial candidate who most recently ran for Congressional District 3 in 2024.

Horsford was first elected to the district in 2012 but lost in 2014 and returned in 2018 after then-incumbent Ruben Kihuen faced allegations of sexual harassment and did not run again. He is a former state Senate majority leader.
