A special session of the Legislature to fix a $1.2 billion budget shortfall has entered its seventh day, still with no indication of when the proceedings will wrap up.

Negotiations continue behind closed doors as Gov. Sisolak's recommendations for budget cuts are considered by lawmakers in Carson City.

Only a handful of journalists are allowed in the building on top of lawmakers and essential staff. Photographer Trevor Bexon was inside the building Monday documenting the goings-on as more hearings were held and empty hallways were cleaned.
