Tracking and measuring the initial cost of Democratic "Blueprint" bills
By Riley Snyder and Megan Messerly
Democratic members of the Assembly and Senate have put forward more than 160 "Blueprint" bills since the start of the session, and several come with some hefty price tags.
Below, we've tracked each Blueprint bill with an associated fiscal cost for the next two years, as well as a brief description of the bill and why state agencies or local governments say it will cost them money to implement.
We've also tracked and linked each "Blueprint" bill, which is viewable in a spreadsheet here. For more on this story, check out our companion piece on why some of these measures have large price tags attached, and how they'll be reconciled into the state's two-year budget.
