Indy Gaming: Are declining Strip room rates during Formula One weekend a yellow flag?

A gaming analyst described Strip hotel room rates as being "stuck in neutral" for the last night of the Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix. Prices are off almost 50 percent compared to a year ago.
