MGM Resorts sells Route 91 shooting site but keeps a 2-acre parcel for a planned memorial

MGM Resorts has sold 13 acres of the 15-acre site where the Oct. 1, 2017 shooting took place. A 2-acre parcel committed to a memorial was not part of the sale.
