Facing growing pains, Sparks looks toward a possible toll road

In an effort to ease congestion on Interstate 80, Sparks officials are asking Nevada lawmakers for permission to build the state's only toll road. Workers said commuting to the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center is stressful and unreliable.
