Yes.

Gov. Joe Lombardo, a Republican, voted by mail in the majority of the elections that have occurred since the 2022 primary. 

Clark County records indicate that Lombardo voted by mail in the 2024 general election, the 2024 primary and the 2024 presidential primary. He voted early in the 2026 primary and the 2022 general, meaning he voted by mail in three of the five most recent elections.

Nevada automatically sends mail ballots to all active, registered voters, or voters who respond to election officials' outreach about their address. Inactive voters can still vote but do not automatically receive mail ballots and their registration is cancelled if they skip two consecutive general elections.

Lombardo has called for changes to Nevada's mail voting rules, including that the state only count mail ballots that arrive by Election Day. Nevada currently counts all mail ballots that are postmarked by Election Day but arrive within the following four days.
