A second masseuse has filed a lawsuit against Steve Wynn and the board of the casino company he founded, alleging Wynn pressured her to perform sex acts during private massage sessions about a decade ago and that the board was generally aware of his behavior and failed to stop it.

The woman, a 36-year-old only identified in the lawsuit as Jane Doe and who started working at Wynn Resorts in 2005, filed the complaint Thursday in Clark County District Court, alleging assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other things. Like a 49-year-old massage therapist who filed a similar suit on Wednesday, the woman is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

According to the lawsuit, Wynn began seeking massages in 2006. She said that after the first massage or two, he started making unwanted advances, forcing her to perform sexual acts with her hands and demanding oral sex from the woman more than 50 times over the course of 2-3 years, according to the complaint.

A Wynn Resorts spokesman said “we've not seen the suit and cannot comment on it.”

“Mr. Wynn resigned from his position and no longer has a management role with Wynn Resorts. The 25,000 Wynn employees are focused on the future, with the common vision of delivering Five-star experiences to guests,” spokesman Michael Weaver told The Nevada Independent.

The company, as well as the Gaming Control Board, are investigating Wynn, who stepped down from his role at the head of the company.

Similar to the first lawsuit, the woman said Wynn “mentally and emotionally” groomed her for his ultimate aim of coercing her to perform sexual acts on him by trying to discover weaknesses he could exploit, such as her financial dependency on her job, according to the Thursday lawsuit.

Wynn “relentlessly” sought intercourse with her and she “consistently objected” to the advances, the complaint said. After the sessions, according to the lawsuit, he “tipped” her $400.

The woman said that Wynn told her to never tell anyone what he demanded of her during the massages, and that she was afraid to go to work because of Wynn’s demands and advances, according to the lawsuit. The complaint states that the woman continues to worry about going to work — afraid his advances and demands will resume — and believes she is treated differently by her coworkers as a result of Wynn’s conduct to this day.

Steve Wynn has been told to leave his villa on the property by June.

The woman also alleges in the lawsuit that the Wynn Resorts’ board of directors was aware of Wynn’s “predatory behaviors” and either encouraged, endorsed or failed to prevent harm to her.

Democratic Assemblyman Justin Watkins is representing both women in his capacity as a private attorney.
