Coronavirus Maps: Tracking the pandemic in Nevada and beyond
The number of positive COVID-19 cases in Nevada and the U.S. is continuing to rise, with the number of cases, hospitalizations and deaths increasing rapidly since the state’s first case was reported on March 5.
The Nevada Independent continues to constantly track state-reported and county-reported data on confirmed COVID-19 cases throughout Nevada. Below, we’ve published a collection of maps and data showing COVID-19 testing data, case counts in the state’s 17 counties and a national case count (using test, case, death and hospitalization data from the COVID Tracking Project).
The default view of the spreadsheet only shows positive cases as reported by individual counties and the cumulative county-by-county total, which will be different than the number of cases reported by the state. We are providing both case counts in the interest of full transparency.
