IndyTalks: Nevada's Changing Health Care Landscape

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, BleauLive Theater
At the federal level, proposed Medicaid cuts threaten access for the one in four Nevadans — 800,000 people — who rely on it. Meanwhile, the governor has proposed splitting the Department of Health and Human Services into the Nevada Health Authority and the Department of Human Services, a move designed to leverage the state's health insurance purchasing power. The changes also come as the state is under pressure to ensure children receive services in the communities where they live following a landmark settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Join our expert panel on Tuesday, March 25 as we unpack these critical changes and what they mean for patients, providers and policymakers.
