The gist: Horsford criticizes Republicans for a recent tax overhaul, saying it gave billionaires tax cuts and that Republicans "will cut Social Security and Medicare to pay for it." He promises to "invest in vocational training and to make college affordable, so Nevadans have the skills they need to succeed. Because giving people a chance is my life's work."
