Republican super PAC attacks Rosen over votes on Kate's Law, sanctuary cities in new ad

Focus: U.S. Senate candidate and Rep. Jacky Rosen
Who's paying for it: Senate Leadership Fund, a super PAC affiliated with Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell
Size of buy: $2.3 million on broadcast, cable, radio and digital
When it starts: Oct. 16
Where it's running: Statewide
The gist: The 30-second ad, titled "Sneak Back," attacks Rosen for voting against Kate's Law, a proposal to increase penalties for undocumented immigrants who are deported and return to the United States, and a second piece of legislation that restricts taxpayer grant money to so-called sanctuary cities. "Jacky Rosen repeatedly put politics before our safety," the ad says. "Jacky Rosen sold out to [House Minority Leader Nancy] Pelosi, hurting Nevada."
