Veterans accuse Heller of 'playing politics' in new Rosen ad

Focus: Democratic Rep. and U.S. Senate candidate Jacky Rosen and Republican U.S. Sen. Dean Heller
Who's paying for it: Rosen's campaign
Size of buy: Part of the Rosen campaign's ongoing seven-figure television buy
When it starts: Sept. 11
Where it's running: Statewide
The gist: A handful of veterans narrate this new ad from Rosen's campaign accusing Heller of "playing politics with veterans." One of the veterans calls Heller's ads "lies" and says that Rosen "has been with us from day one" and that she "broke with [House Minority Leader Nancy] Pelosi to bring some accountability to the VA." The ad also references a poor grade Heller received from a national group that advocates for veterans who have served in wars since 9/11, which the senator's campaign has pushed back on.
